This website, selvaganapathy.org, is run by Selvaganapathy Charitable Trust (Reg. No. 2649/2026), Amma's Ashram, Chinnakadu, Kasidharmam, Tenkasi District, Tamil Nadu 627751, India ("the Trust", "we", "us"). By using this website or paying for any course, book or offering, you agree to these terms.

1. What we offer

• Online courses: spiritual classes and talks by Annai Sagunthala, attended online.
• Books: printed books, delivered by post or courier.
• Donations: voluntary contributions to the Trust's spiritual and charitable work.

Details, dates and prices are shown on the website or shared with you before you pay.

2. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). [TO CONFIRM: state whether prices include GST, or that the Trust is not registered for GST]
• Payments are processed by Razorpay, a secure payment gateway. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Your order is confirmed once the payment is successful. You will receive a confirmation by email or WhatsApp.
• Donation receipts are issued on request. [TO CONFIRM: whether 80G tax-exemption receipts are available]

3. Online courses

• Course access is for the person who registered and must not be shared, recorded or passed on.
• If a class has to be rescheduled, we will inform you in advance and give you a new date or a recording. [TO CONFIRM]

4. Content and copyright

All talks, videos, texts, images and books on this website and in our courses belong to the Trust or are used with permission. You may use them for your own personal spiritual practice. You may not copy, re-upload, sell or distribute them without our written permission.

5. Spiritual guidance, not medical advice

Our courses share spiritual teachings and practices such as meditation and breathing (pranayama). They are not a substitute for medical, psychological or professional advice. If you have a health condition, please consult your doctor before starting any practice.

6. Refunds, cancellations and delivery

7. Limitation of liability

We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, the Trust's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts at Tenkasi, Tamil Nadu. [TO CONFIRM: jurisdiction]
