Selvaganapathy Charitable Trust respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it, in line with Indian law including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. Information we collect
- Contact details: your name, phone number, WhatsApp number and email address.
- Delivery details: your postal address, if you order books.
- Payment details: the amount, date and status of your payment. Your card, UPI and bank details are collected and processed by Razorpay, not by us, and we never store them.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
2. How we use it
- To register you for courses and send you access details and class updates.
- To deliver books you order.
- To send receipts and answer your questions.
- To keep the accounts and records the Trust is required to keep by law.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. We share only what is needed with:
- Razorpay, to process your payment;
- courier or postal services, to deliver your books;
- government authorities, only when required by law.
4. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, advertising or tracking tools. When you pay, Razorpay's payment page may use cookies that are needed for a secure payment, under Razorpay's own privacy policy.
5. How long we keep it
